Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers pays return shipping.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Certain items (custom works, candles already burned, spiritual services, etc.) are non-refundable. Any and all used or presumed used products are not refundable.

Refunds

Once returned items are inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges
